Do your domestic cleaning services come with a contract?

We believe in flexibility! So, no, we do not require contracts for our home cleaning. We want you to be happy with our services, and not feel locked in.
Is there a cancellation fee?

Yes, there is a cancellation fee. To avoid this fee, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.
How soon can you start?

We can start as soon as you need us! Depending on our cleaners’ availability, we can often schedule your cleaning for today, tomorrow, or any day that works best for you.

For domestic cleaning, who provides the cleaning products?

We can use your products or if you prefer for the cleaner to bring their clean, for domestic cleaning we would charge £5 per clean

Yes we do! We clean shops, offices, commercial properties, schools, hospitals and more on a daily, weekly and biweekly basis.
How do you background check your cleaners?

We take the safety and security of our clients very seriously. Our background check process is comprehensive. We verify each cleaner’s right to work, conduct DBS checks, and perform criminal record checks. Additionally, every cleaner undergoes an in-person interview. Finally, we continuously monitor our cleaners’ performance through customer feedback, ensuring they consistently receive high ratings.
Will I be able to give instructions to my cleaner?

Our cleaners accept instructions to ensure your property is cleaned in your personal preference. You can let us know beforehand or with the cleaner on the day
Will I be able to us your services if I have pets?

Absolutely! Our cleaners are asked before joining our team whether they are comfortable working with animals. All that we ask if that you let us know before your first clean that you have a pet and we will make sure we send a cleaner that is happy to work around animals
